Hi ! Summer is coming and all we want is some nice, fresh vegan treat like those delicious fresh Springrolls. Last year I had the chance to travel through Laos and Cambodia and one of my best culinary memory was the gorgeous vegan springrolls that I had in Don Det, one of the 4000 Island at the border of those two beautiful countries. So I decided to create my own version, using local and seasonal food and a Tahini sauce.
I have developed this recipe for the 1,2,3 Veggie campaign of the Association Végétarienne de France. Here’s the result !
