As an Italian, I cherish the taste of all those great Mediterranean ingredients, the vegetable that have been kissed by the sun, the olive oil, the herbs … But I also love travelling and discovering other food cultures, and I think Asia is one of the best parts of the world to go food-hunting 🙂
