Another inspiration from my Moroccan trip : the seven veggies couscous. This version is very quick and it can be prepared with almost any vegetable that you have left in the fridge. The veggies are steamed and coated in olive oil and Ras el Hanouth, a mix of Moroccan spices.
You can also have fun trying to serve the dish with this colourful Moroccan-inspired dressage 🙂
