Hi ! The sun is shining and it’s a perfect time for some recipe testing and photo shooting.
One of my best recipes, the one I always do for catering and events is the Spring Rolls, but so far I hadn’t really tried to make nems.
So I developed this recipe for the 123Veggie campaign of the Association Végétarienne de France. I decided to cook the nems in the oven for a healthier version (traditionally they are deep fried) and they are as crunchy and as tasty as the original one 🙂
