Hello ! Here’s another new recipe developed for the 123Veggie campaign of the Association Végétarienne de France.
As a vegan in Paris, I often have lunch at some Asian or Vietnamese restaurants where you can easily find many plant-based options. One of my favourite is Bobun, basically a huge salad full of veg, rice noodles, mint, coriander and crispy nems.
It is traditionally served with a non vegan Nuoc Mam sauce that is made with dried fish.
