Have you ever tasted fresh homemade gnocchi ? They are so easy to make and much better than the industrial version that you can buy in the supermarket.
Plus, summer’s here and we can finally use all the lovely fresh herbs and vegetable that we have been longing for during the winter months … OK, I exaggerate a bit 🙂 but here in Ile de France seasonal and local food can occasionally get a bit boring during the winter !
This time I created a very fresh sauce, made with fava beans, basil, mint, and thyme. It’s a variation on the classical Italian Pesto sauce.
