This vegan pannacotta is one of my signature recipes for my catering service.
It’s a variation on the almond milk pannacotta that I created some time ago and that you can find here.
This time I’ve wanted to create a more exotic flavour, using coconut milk, bananas and golden kiwis.
As usual, it’s a vegan dessert, inspired by the traditional Italian recipe but definitely lighter 🙂
