Here’s my black quinoa vegan maki with tamari melon, basil and summer vegetable.
It’s the perfect recipe for the summer ! It’s light, healthy, delicious and creative. I really like to add slices of marinated melon because they remind me of the salmon that’s traditionally used in makis and it goes really well with fresh basil and all the other veg.
As always, this makis are vegan, organic and delicious !
