Hi ! This is how I started my Saturday morning. Smoothies are the best breakfast : light but comforting and full of nutrients !
Today I mixed some bananas, peanut butter and a hint of Cardamom. I added some Chia seeds to thicken the smoothie and to give it a nice velvety texture.
Ingredients for 2 smoothies :
1 C Peanut butter
1 c Cardamom
1 c Chia Seeds
2 cups soy milk
1\2 cup of ice
Just blend everything in your blender (a high-speed blender is recommended) and enjoy !
