Red radicchio is a winter salad that is cultivated in Italy, in the Veneto region near Treviso. Its slightly bitter taste and its crunchy texture make it an ideal ingredient in pasta and risotto. It can also be cooked in the oven. Rich in anti-oxidants and vitamins, it’s really good to prevent skin aging 🙂
