This is a four hour vegan cooking class around a specific theme. It is a more intensive cooking class that is ideal for people who already know some basic techniques in traditional or plant-based cuisine.
Here are some examples of some of my Vegan theme classes :
– Vegan Italian Cuisine One : Learn how to make Eggless Homemade Pasta such as Cannelloni, Ravioli or Lasagna, Tagliatelle, homemade potato Gnocchi and some very tasty sauces such as vegan Bolognese, Pesto, vegan Carbonara.
– Vegan Italian Cuisine Two : Pizze and Focacce – Learn how to make some delicious homemade Pizza, focaccia and different Italian flatbreads with some great plant-based toppings.
– Plant-based Cheese and homemade nutmilk : Learn how to make a tasty alternative to cheese and surprise your guests with Peacan, Cashews and Macadamia Vegan Cheese. We will also learn how to make our own delicious nut and grains milk (Almond Milk, Rice milk, Hemp Milk…)
Plant-based Entertaining : Here you’ll learn how to prepare and serve a variety of small bites and cocktail food that will amaze your guests at your home events.
